I first began thinking about writing a book a few years ago, when it struck me that leadership today requires more than strategy and results—it demands purpose. True leaders, I realized, lead with curiosity, empathy, and connection. As a business leader, one of my most rewarding opportunities has been as a mentor, helping to inspire others to identify their values, assumptions, and superpowers. 

In Open Up! I share stories from my business and personal life to encourage current leaders to be purpose-driven to achieve strong results. I am proud to champion a movement of Open Leadership that creates impactful, sustainable outcomes, all for the growth of good.
