Turn Your SOS into a Story of Strength
Turn stress, disruption and chaos into growth.
High-pressure moments are inevitable, from personal crises to organizational disruption. How you respond determines whether you crumble or grow. By learning to process the stress, you can expand perspective and design systems that endure so that growth under pressure isn't just possible- it's repeatable.

Meet Jenny
As a growth architect and leadership strategist,
I help people and organizations thrive under pressure. I know first-hand what it's like to face life-and-death crises, from being one of the first IVF babies to surviving life threatening health complications. I enable people and organizations to choose to respond with inner strength and authenticity.
I’ve spent my career turning insights into actionable frameworks for leaders and organizations. My work combines human-centered strategy, lived experience and structural design principles so pressure becomes a tool for growth rather than a source of burnout.
Whether I'm speaking to a boardroom or classroom of future leaders, my goal is the same: to help people process pressure, design resilience and create lasting strength.

Build Growth That Endures
Ready to move forward — without breaking what matters?
I approach progress as Growth for Good — where “good” means both positive and permanent. In high-stakes sectors, expansion without endurance is fragility. I help leaders strengthen the human and structural foundations first — then design strategy that can withstand pressure and scale with integrity.
Whether you’re launching a breakthrough product, navigating M&A or AI integration, scaling a team, or leading through disruption, I bring disciplined strategy and human-centered leadership to redesign what isn’t working — so your organization doesn’t just grow fast, but grows in a way that lasts.

Advancing Women’s Health Through Innovation, Collaboration & Action
Dr. Jenny Hoffmann is building a national, multidisciplinary effort to improve women’s health by bringing together patients, clinicians, health systems, researchers, innovators, investors, policymakers, and community leaders around the challenges that matter most.
Drawing on her experience as a healthcare executive, medtech leader, innovator, and patient advocate—and informed by her own lived experience—she is working to accelerate solutions for preventable maternal morbidity, postpartum hemorrhage, and other critical gaps in women’s health. Her approach connects lived experience with clinical evidence, quality improvement, technology, policy, and sustainable funding to move promising ideas beyond conversation and into real-world impact.
Open Up!
Open Up is a book about leadership under pressure — and what to do when strength as you’ve defined it stops working.
Through personal story and hard-earned insight, Open Up reframes growth as redesign — of identity, leadership, and the systems we build. It explores how curiosity interrupts panic, how empathy restores agency, and how connection rebuilds trust when disruption fractures coherence.
This is not a book about inspiration from a distance. It’s about leading inside rupture — when the stakes are human, reputational, and real. Open Up invites leaders to become strong enough to stay open, disciplined enough to make meaning under stress, and courageous enough to build organizations that don’t require suffering to succeed.
If you’re navigating pressure — or building where failure has consequences — this book is your guide to endurance that expands.
